How to Get to Playa de Chernomorets

From Burgas Airport

The nearest airport is Burgas Airport (BOJ), located about 30 kilometers north of Chernomorets. From there, you have several options to reach your destination:

• Rental car: This is the option we most recommend if you wish to explore the area at your own pace. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes on well-signposted roads. The freedom of movement a car offers is unbeatable for discovering hidden coves or nearby villages.
• Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport. It is a comfortable and fast option, although a bit more expensive. Make sure to agree on the price before starting the trip.
• Private transfer: Many agencies offer direct transfers from the airport to Chernomorets. You can book them in advance for greater comfort, especially if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or in a group.
• Bus: There is a regular bus line connecting Burgas with Chernomorets and other coastal villages. From the airport, you would first need to get to the Burgas bus station and from there take another bus. It is the most economical option, but also the one that will take the most time.

From Burgas City

If you are in the city of Burgas, the journey to Chernomorets is even more direct:

• Car: In about 20-25 minutes along the coastal road, you will be at the beach. It is a pleasant journey with sea views.
• Bus: There are regular lines from the Burgas bus station that will drop you off in the center of Chernomorets. Frequency is good during the high season, and it is an economical and hassle-free way to get there.
