How to Get to Playa de Campoamor

Getting to Playa de Campoamor is quite straightforward, given its excellent location and the area's good connections. For those coming by car, the AP-7 motorway and the N-332 national road are the main arteries that will bring you to Orihuela Costa. From Alicante city or from Murcia, the journey is comfortable and well-signposted. Once in the Campoamor urbanisation, you'll find clear signs to access the beach. Parking is usually not a major problem outside the high season, as there are designated areas nearby, although in the peak of August it may require a bit more patience.

If you prefer public transport, there are bus lines connecting Orihuela Costa with Torrevieja and other nearby towns, which facilitates access if you're staying in the surrounding area. For those coming from further away, the nearest airports are Alicante-Elche (ALC) and Murcia-Corvera (RMU), both about 45-50 minutes away by car. From there, you can opt for a rental car, a taxi, or transfer services to comfortably reach your destination at the Orihuela beach.

If you're looking to enjoy warm weather but without the summer crowds, spring (April, May, and early June) and early autumn (September and October) are, without a doubt, the best options. During these months, temperatures are very pleasant, the sun shines brightly but without excess, and the number of visitors is considerably lower. You'll be able to enjoy the beach with more space, find parking easily, and savour the tranquillity of the Mediterranean at its finest. It's ideal for relaxed strolls, unhurried swims, and a more intimate connection with the natural surroundings of Playa de Campoamor.

Summer (July and August) is the peak season of activity. If you like a lively atmosphere, bustling chiringuitos, water sports, and the energy of the high season, then summer is your time. Temperatures are high, perfect for constantly cooling off in the sea, and the beach buzzes with activity. However, pr
