If you're coming from the north (Tarragona, Barcelona) or the south (Valencia, Alicante), the AP-7 is the fastest option, taking exit 45 (Oropesa del Mar/Cabanes). Once on the N-340, you'll find clear signs towards Cabanes and, subsequently, towards the beach area. Access to the beach is well signposted, and the municipality has provided parking areas which, although they can fill up in high season, usually offer sufficient space for visitors.
