This airport receives direct flights from several European cities, especially during the peak summer season. From the airport, Playa de Loutsa is a manageable distance away, approximately 45-50 kilometers, which translates into a journey of about 40-50 minutes by car. Once there, the beauty of Playa de Loutsa beach will be waiting for you.

By Car

If you prefer the freedom to explore at your own pace, renting a car is the best option. From Aktion Airport, or from the city of Preveza, you can take the coastal road that runs north, towards Parga and Syvota. Playa de Loutsa is well signposted and is located on this scenic route. Driving along the coast of Epirus is an experience in itself, with spectacular views that will prepare you for the beauty that awaits. Furthermore, having a car will make it much easier for you to explore the surrounding areas, which we will tell you about later.

By Bus

For those who prefer public transport, there are bus connections (KTEL) from the city of Preveza to the coastal villages of the area, including Vrachos/Loutsa. Although schedules may be less frequent, especially outside the peak season, it is an economical alternative. We advise you to check the updated schedules at the Preveza bus station or online before your trip. We believe that, although the bus is an option, the flexibility of a car is unbeatable for making the most of your stay on the Preveza (Epirus) beach.

Other Means

Some hotels and accommodations in the area offer transfer services from the airport or the city of Preveza, which can be a comfortable option if you do not wish to rent a vehicle.
