How to Get to Playa de Plava

If we come by car, Vodice is well-connected by road; the A1 highway is the main route for access from other parts of Croatia. Once in Vodice, the beach is located west of the city center and is easily accessible.

We can find several parking areas near the beach, although during the high season, especially in July and August, it can be challenging to find a free spot, so we recommend arriving early. Many visitors choose to stay in Vodice and reach the beach on foot or by bicycle, as a charming promenade connects much of the city's coastline with Playa de Plava.

For those who prefer public transport, Vodice has bus connections from nearby cities like Šibenik and Zadar. Once at the Vodice bus station, a short walk or a taxi will take us directly to the shore. The ease of access is undoubtedly one of the great advantages of this Šibenik-Knin beach.
