• Local Public Transport: For the more adventurous and those on a tighter budget, there are options for rural public transport, such as 'camiones' or 'guaguas' that connect the city with coastal communities. However, these services are usually less frequent and may involve longer waits, though they provide a deeper cultural immersion.

We won't find large resorts or the tourist infrastructure of more developed beaches here, and that's precisely what makes it so special. We greatly value this authenticity.

However, this doesn't mean we are completely unattended. In the immediate vicinity of the beach, or a short distance away, it's common to find improvised chiringuitos or small local establishments. These are usually operated by residents of the area, who offer us refreshing drinks, bottled water, and sometimes simple dishes of Creole food, often fresh fish of the day. It's a fantastic opportunity to try the local cuisine and support the community.

The Essentials Within Reach

Regarding parking, while there is no formal, signposted parking lot, it's common to find informal spaces to park the vehicle safely, often near the chiringuitos or the houses of locals, who may even offer to keep an eye on it for a small tip.
