Once in the municipality, the signs to the beach are clear and will guide us directly to it. The beach is integrated into the urban center of Foz, which greatly facilitates access.

For those who prefer public transport, Foz has bus lines connecting with other towns in the Mariña Lucense and with cities like Lugo. Once in the center of Foz, the beach is accessible on foot in a few minutes, as the promenade completely borders it. Furthermore, during the high season, there are usually extensive parking areas nearby, both free and paid, so we don't have to worry about the car.

Furthermore, the light in these seasons is spectacular for photography lovers. Winter, although colder, offers the beauty of a wild and solitary beach, perfect for contemplative walks.
