The island of Thassos does not have an airport, so the first step is to fly to Kavala International Airport (KVA), also known as 'Megas Alexandros'. From there, or from the port of Keramoti, we will take a ferry to Limenas, the capital of Thassos, or to Prinos if we choose the port of Kavala.

Once in Thassos, Golden Beach (Chryssi Ammoudia) is located on the east coast of the island, about 12 kilometers from Limenas. We can reach it in several ways:

• By car: Renting a car is undoubtedly the most comfortable option and gives us the freedom to explore the island at our own pace. The road from Limenas is well signposted and offers beautiful scenery. The journey takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
