By Public Transport

If we prefer public transport, the main option is to take a bus from Lisbon (Campo Grande or Sete Rios station) to Torres Vedras. Several companies, such as Rede Expressos or Barraqueiro, operate this route regularly. Once in Torres Vedras, we'll need to take a local bus (for example, from the Mafrense company) that takes us to Santa Cruz. From Santa Cruz, the final stretch to Praia de Porto Dinheiro may require a local taxi or, if you're adventurous, a 20-30 minute walk, as the frequency of local buses to the beach is not very high. It's a longer journey with transfers, but completely feasible for those who prefer not to drive.
